TRV Content Processing

Production vs Non-Production Servers

Working in a non-production environment without knowing it and subsequently generating XML and submitting a filing should be avoided since it can require very laborious reconciliation across two databases.. We can provide assistance...contact Support.

The color of the status bar indicates if the user is working in a production (live, real tariff-related data) server vs. a non-production (test environment or QA) server.
