Update Document Layout

The Update Document Layout form is used to update a Document Layout existing on the application server to which the user is connected. The SmartBar displays a list of available commands.

Note: When the Header Template or Footer Template is updated, all of the Tariff Record Versions that use the document layout are queued for document processing which results in their clean and/or marked PDFs being regenerated.

Fields

Field Details Required
Description Name of the Document Layout. Maximum field length 255. Yes
Layout Word Document Word document (.doc) file name on which the Document Layout will be based. Yes
Leave unchanged Select to keep current Layout Word Document
Upload file Select to browse to your file location via ellipsis button; or Drag and Drop from your desktop.
Header Template Header Template to be associated with the Document Layout
Footer Template Footer Template to be associated with the Document Layout

Cancel Closes the form without saving data to the application server
