Replace Document Layouts
The Replace Document Layouts form is used to replace current Document Layouts throughout a Tariff Database. Document Layouts can be replaced for Tariffs, Tariff Records, and unfiled Tariff Record Versions. Replacing Document Layouts on Tariffs and Tariff Records merely establishes new default Document Layout values for new TRs and TRVs that are created in the future. On the other hand, replacing Document Layouts on existing unfiled TRVs will cause the TRVs to be queued for document processing.

Fields
| Field | Details |

| Current Document Layout | Name of the Document Layout that is currently being used. |
| Usage | Where and how many times each Document Layout is used, presented as hyperlinks. Click the links to explore the usage for specific Tariffs, Tariff Records, and unfiled Tariff Record Versions. |
| Replace With | A drop down menu for each Current Document Layout with the replacement Document Layouts to choose from. |
