Download Document Layout

The Download Document Layout form allows the user to download the Document Layout Word document to a specified folder on the user's computer.

Save Folder
The folder into which the file will be saved
File Name
File name with a Word document (.doc) extension

Action Buttons

Download
Downloads the selected Document Layout Word document
Cancel
Closes the form without downloading the Document Layout Word document
