Create Document Layout

The Create Document Layout form is used to create a new Document Layout on the application server to which the user is connected.

Fields

Description255: Name of the Document Layout
Layout Word Document: Word document (.doc) file name on which the Document Layout will be based
Header Template: Header Template to be associated with the Document Layout
Footer Template: Footer Template to be associated with the Document Layout

Action Buttons

Create: Creates the new Document Layout
Cancel: Closes the form without saving data to the application server
