Create Filing Cabinet Item

Description

The Create Filing Cabinet Item command displays the Create Filing Cabinet Item form.

Business Rules

You cannot create a Filing Cabinet Item within a read-only Tariff Database. If the Tariff Database is read-only, the Create Filing Cabinet Item command will not appear in the SmartBar.
You cannot create a Filing Cabinet Item for a Company that has a read-only TariffShark license. If the Company's license is read-only, the Create Filing Cabinet Item command will not appear in the SmartBar.
