Update Document Layout

The Update Document Layout form is used to update an existing Document Layout on the application server to which the user is connected. The SmartBar provides commands to download or delete the selected Document Layout.

Note: When the Header Template or Footer Template is updated, all of the Tariff Record Versions that use the document layout are queued for document processing which results in their clean and/or marked PDFs being regenerated.


Name of the Document Layout
Layout Word Document
Word document (.doc) file name on which the Document Layout will be based
Header Template
Header Template to be associated with the Document Layout
Footer Template
Footer Template to be associated with the Document Layout

Action Buttons

Updates the Document Layout
Closes the form without saving data to the application server
